3 star hotel with some flaws.
First of all, bathroom without bidet (fundamental for us Italians!!!), a somewhat limited car park and especially after 7pm there is no one at reception anymore!!!!
Good breakfast even if the croissants were a little burnt.

We booked a hen party at this property.
What can I say, a small spa but equipped with everything Turkish bath, 90° and 70° sauna, salt room, emotional showers, 14° shower, hydromassage tub and salt water swimming pool. Very well kept, almost new! Impeccable cleanliness. The package included free use of the entire spa facility, chocolate face mask, scrub available, aperitif with bubbles in the hydromassage and a 50 minute relaxing massage for the bride and I assure you that she was very satisfied, complimenting the girl on her skill.
Staff present but not intrusive, all smiling and friendly. Changing rooms a little small but equipped with everything including excellent hair dryers. I found the salt tub just a little cool and I was disappointed but otherwise it was truly perfect. We were also offered a rich aperitif with a glass of wine included in the package. Price adequate for what is offered. From the outside I would never have said I would happily go back.

The double bed is made up of two singles placed side by side and of poor consistency, the minibar (empty) is very noisy as is the fan of the air conditioning system, of the 3 towels in the room 2 had been washed badly and therefore dirty. Unacceptable for the price of the room. The breakfast is nothing special.
A hotel located in a convenient position to reach all the most famous tourist destinations in the vicinity...Barbaresco...Neive...etc etc.
Excellent cleanliness of the rooms, friendliness and kindness of all the staff. Maybe a little too expensive for the type of hotel.
Optimal quality / price ratio, well thought out spa (salt pool 💯💯), staff always present but not intrusive, and ready to face any inconvenience due to a reservation made with little attention on our part, quickly and cordially! We will gladly come back! …
